Founder and President
Charles Poirier is the Founder and President of TriDev Corporation and has over 30 years of experience in real estate development within the Greater Moncton area. Throughout his career, he has led residential subdivision and community development projects while also developing, owning, and operating a growing multi-residential portfolio in the area. He is particularly recognized for his involvement in sustainable and environmentally conscious subdivision development, most notably the "Le Village en haut du Ruisseau" project in Dieppe. Developed in collaboration with the Government of New Brunswick, the project became known as a higher-density, conservation-oriented residential subdivision that integrated protected wetlands, natural green spaces, walking and biking trails, and sustainable stormwater management features.

Marc-André Poirier has been Vice President at TriDev Corporation since 2018, has a Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick and Law Degree - Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. He previously worked at Global Affairs Canada and in the private tech sector. Separate from his involvement at TriDev; he also has developed, owns and operates a growing multi-residential portfolio in the Greater Moncton area.
